What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st Round: Over the phone with a HR recruiter. Very general behavioral questions and a walk through your resume. 2nd Round: Over the phone with GVP of Client Services. Again more behavioral questions, however more in depth. I would really find good reasons why you want to work in client services. Your past work experience should reflect having some sort of financial services/client services. 3rd Round: Final interview on site: The final interview will start as a wine and dine experience as you and other candidates are first awkwardly left in a room together for about 20 minutes. Then everyone is shown an informational presentation on the company and Fisher's philosophy. Followed up with everyone split up into individual conference rooms where you will have a series of one on one interviews with three different interviewees from different departments. Finally about a week after I got the offer over the phone.
