Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was straightforward. HR rep contacted me within 2 wks of applying. We set up the first phone interview with another HR Rep which was mainly talking about future plans and my background. Questions were basic and more qualitative answers over any technical or quantitative aspect. Next phone interview was with somebody from the client services department. It mainly was gauging fit and testing background. Later flew to Portland for an onsite interview. It went well with 3 one on one interviews with people from various depts (trying to see if you can be placed elsewhere). Lastly, I had a phone interview with the VP after two wks who offered me a position. Overall the interviews are not hard whatsoever. But I'm excited to start working!
