Intern

I prepared for my interview with a lot of technicals and ability to speak on experiences within my finance/education background. Instead the questions consisted of a lot of behavioral questions and my experiences interning in the government and political campaigns which made it very difficult to tie my skills to the roles played at FI. I was told if I moved forward I would have another phone interview as I live across the country so they would not fly me out. I was also told that since my school was not normally targetted it would be very unlikely that I would be selected as they have general numbers that they want to meet from each of their target schools.
