The final round is typically a panel or back to back interviews with various team members to see how you fit with the company culture. They really lean into the star method for behavioral questions so it helps to have specific examples ready. The whole thing is pretty transparent and they seem to care a lot about whether you are a good long term fit for the team environment. It is professional but not overly intense compared to some other big firms in the industry
