Made my application then waited for roughly 2 months, then HR phone/video interview, asking you to quickly estimate values such as weight of a baby elephant. Then no reply and waited for another 2 months, then had a 1-hour video interview with a random unprofessional interviewer. We did a game theory question, easy math, but need to be super careful with all conditions of the question. After that, I never hear back from them.
Interview Questions
Tenth root of 10, answer within 10 seconds, A game theory question at second round. Cannot remember exactly as a very long question, but similar to the Jane street example interview at this page 'https://www.janestreet.com/trading-interviews/'.

Then HR person asked a few fit questions. The connection wasn't good and the interviewer was not too kind.

The HR screen mainly consists of technical questions. You have 20-30 sec on avg to answer 18 questions, and you are supposed to provide lower bound - upper bound estimation. Sample questions are: What’s the volume of a swimming pool? Estimate #of coffee served in US? Probability questions, statistics questions, etc.

Interview
Initial phone screen with a software developer with a couple of fairly basic coding/algorithms questions. A couple weeks later had a virtual onsite which consisted of 5 rounds each with two interviews. Fairly normal algorithms/coderpad questions - mostly leetcode medium level, with a little bit of systems design. They use C++ primarily but you aren't expected to know C++ for interviews.
Interview Questions
Nothing super crazy - you should just be prepared as you would for any FAANG/tech onsite round. Don't worry about trading related questions for the software role.

1 interview with a person from HR, then 4 interviews with traders, each about 45 minutes long. They sometimes take a long time to reply between interviews so I wouldn't worry if you don't hear from anyone for 2 weeks.
