Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, I submitted my Resume + Motivation Letter. Then I had to take the mental math test, and right after that, I had to do a 15 minute Behavioral interview with HR. Finally, I had an interview with a trader. Did not get past this round, but afterwards would've been the final round.
