Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, there was a one-on-one on-campus interview, which was almost an information interview. The biggest hurdle was the group interview with three interviewers. One was a senior manager, another was a middle manager, and the last was someone who was in my position a few years before. There were background/resume/story questions, then very basic computational questions, then why investment/finance questions.
