Interview

First interview was essentially a hirevue (although I think they used a different website) with basic questions ( I believe walk us through your resume, why FTI, what are your career plans after graduation). Second was zoom interview that was scheduled to last 45 minutes, but my "interviewing" period was really about 4 basic behavioral that lasted 20 mins,a nd the remainign time was left for me to ask questions. Superday consisted of 2 face to face interviews and a case. Face to face was all behavioural; case was kinda odd but I personally liked it: I was given a laptop and a USB drive with excel sheets of data and a couple questions they wanted me to answer. Asked me to do some things to the data (very basic excel functions, more assessing "how would you approach this"), write up a paragraph summarizing some of the data, etc. I was left to work alone in a room for an hour, then when the hour was over, to walk an interviewer through my answers and how I approached the questions.

Interview Questions

Was expecting a more traditional case, but personally I enjoyed being left to work for an hour and just walking an interviewer through my process and results after.
Another question was something along the lines of "tell about a time when you had insufficient data to solve a problem"

Interview

Interview process was really enjoyable. I was able to meet many different employees and chat with them. They do a great job of showing of their culture throughout the process. The Super day was pretty case heavy but if you are strong at casing it is nothing you cant handle. Behavioral were the basic questions you get in any interview
