Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Online assessment followed by in person assessment centre.
Assessment centre consisted of a group case study and two interviews. One with two junior employees and another with a director/partner.
Interviews were friendly. Make sure to know your CV inside out. Be prepared for classic consulting questions (market sizing, etc).
Overall pleasant experience, however did not receive an offer
