Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Starts with a phone interview with one of their consultants, then you get a writing test (they think this is really important, so try your best). Afterwards, you'll be invited for a super day in their NY office and will have mostly behavioral interviews with some pop quizzes with mostly managing directors + smds. They ask questions about your resume, your comfort-level with financial statements (might check you on this so be honest), and then finally about current events (so read the news before you go in). Generally, they want to hire a good communicator who regularly follows Bloomberg, FT, WSJ etc.
