I was part of their brand new Diversity Program where you meet leadership including a couple of MDs. The interview process was super easy, they basically aimed to give everyone in the program an offer. Given that it was very early in August, they were giving offers for the NEXT summer. I got verbal offer then I got the official offer around August 29th
