It was a first round interview and was strictly behavioral.

"Can you give yourself a little introduction and tell me a bit about your background?"
"What sparked your interest in consulting and why FTI consulting specifically?"
"What drew you to the PRET practice of FTI and what experience do you have with the industries we serve?"
"What industry do you think is the most interesting within the energy industry?"
"Could you tell me about a time that you had to quickly absorb new information or adapt to a changing situation?"
"Could you tell me a bit more about your background in finance, accounting or business — and can you share specific examples of how you applied Excel, financial modeling or financial analysis?"
"How do you use AI in your day-to-day and what is your experience with it?"
"What kind of soft skills do you think you'll have to develop to succeed as an intern?"
