Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via Linkedin. Contacted next morning for behavioral screen with HR. Next round was with Managing Director and Director. Questions were oriented around resume and behavioral in nature (e.g. "Why you?", "Tell me about a time when you solved a problem using excel", etc.). Next round involved a 3 hour case study involving various financial, economic, and accounting concepts. Was not RX focused at all--more so something you would see in a banking interview. Test should not be an issue for those with accounting/finance backgrounds that are not too far removed from school. Last interview was with practice head--no questions, just a simple conversation talking about group direction, products, etc.
