Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was very smooth going and fairly laid back. Everyone was friendly and there were no super difficult questions. Just an initial phone screening, then an on-site interview with two directors. They were both friendly and helpful even when I tripped up a bit. Questions mostly regarding my past work experience and questions about consulting, marketing and communications. A few questions about the news, so be prepared to talk about recent news.
