The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

The first interview was a zoom call with two PMs where we discussed everything from technicals, stock pitches, general macro details, personal portfolio to fit-related questions.
The second interview was in their office in Rye, New York and I met 4 PMs and the CIO along with Mr. Gabelli himself. The PM interviews were a mix of technicals and fit-related questions and the CIO interview was more fit-related.

- On Campus Recruiting (Early Fall)
I interviewed with 2 alums at the firm, one in an associate position and an MD.
Overall, fair interview and was selected for 2nd round.

- Interview at office in Rye, New York
Interview with 5 members of the firm, ranging from MD to Analyst. 3 other interviewers were also present from founders UG, Fordham University.

I was under the impression that I nailed the interviews by stating why I wanted to interview with the firm and what value I could add.
I had a contact inside the firm and he was able to assist me in many of the interview questions.

Was not extended the offer, after speaking with HR, I was alerted to the fact that I seemed over aggressive to come on as research analyst when the position is more geared to an operations role. I emphasized my personal investments and interests, while ignoring back office functions I had performed in the past during internships.
