Traditional hiring process - (1) initial first round phone screen with HR discussing background/interest in role/comp expectations followed by (2) two one-on-one Zoom interviews with members of the team to discuss interest in role and background followed by (3) timed 3-hour Excel modeling test with accompanying 1-2 page presentation and then presentation to two senior members of team and lastly (4) final interview with senior member of team
