Phone Interview
Background Check
Interview
I interviewed for this role and had multiple phone calls/zoom calls. All character based questions and asked me 0 technicals. Wanted to get a sense of interest in the alternatives industry and make sure I was a good fit. Definitely had to speak to a bunch of people but was not a difficult process, partially due to the fact that the internship was during the school year.
Interview Questions
There was not a specific question that I thought was so difficult if I am being completely honest. The process was definitely more of getting to know the team, them asking me questions about my prior experiences, and having me ask a ton of questions about the company, the work, and the space. The most difficult things they asked were How do I work on teams? Do I generally take a leadership role and what is my leadership style? Why do I want to work in this role? Why am I interested in the alternatives space? What questions do you have?
