- First I had to apply online via and submit the general papers like resume/cover/transcript
- Then there was a first round with an analyst mostly centered around behaviorals
- Progressively went up the chain of command: associate, senior associate, VP, each with their own interview round, separated a couple of days each. These are very focused on growth and why you want to work at GA/ makes makes you different.
- Last rounds are with two MD's and their human capital person, which don't be fooled, is properly the hardest one. Really gets grilled here.

Not much from a technical side. Overall was very focused on resume and past experience as opposed to cases or technical interviews.
