1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on-campus recruiting, had 2 interviews back to back, then got SD in NY. Superday consisted of meeting 5-6 different people at office for 10-15 mins each. Met everyone from analysts to managing directors. Mostly behavioral questions and some pitches. Make sure to have a few pitchable companies in mind before going into the interview.
