Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First there is an on campus interview followed by a super day in Minneapolis a few weeks later. The firm provides opportunities on campus to reach out in advance of the interview as well. Cultural fit is very important. Most of the questions were fit related. An interest in living in Minneapolis also seemed important.
