Business Analyst Intern

This interview process was not too difficult. They don't expect freshman undergrads to know advanced business analytics or have advanced coding skills. They care a lot about behaviorals, so be prepared to be able to walk through your resume and talk about yourself and your fit in Genpact. I only had one interview in order to be accepted but that may vary among other business analyst internships at Genpact. I heavily advise to know your technicals to ensure you don't slip up on a question.
