Interview
You have to answer a bunch of questions online that try to gauge your problem solving acumen as well as your mathematical prowess. Additionally, the online interview was about 5 questions.
Interview Questions
There weren't any difficult or unexpected interview questions. However, the questions would appear in a very short period of time and the questions were fairly wordy. The hardest part was developing an answer to the question before your time to prepare was over. They gave maybe 30 seconds of prep and the majority of that time was spent reading their long questions. Unlike other firms, the way you want to approach the question changes drastically as you read the end of the question, to be honest, it was a horrible experience.

Firstly logic test and personality test. After you passed, an HR will contact you with a skype interview.
Interview Questions
There was no specific interview questions asked that were unexpected. Well, it is better to be prepared for a lot of situational questions, like "how do you deal with difficulties?" "How do you cooperate with your colleagues" " Most difficult situation when working in a team", etc.
Practice for these questions are important, and I do think those HRs prefer answers within 2-3mins.
They eventually may ask you about location preference, and actually it is quite localized and you would generally be based in your home country.

First, were 2 online IQ, fit type tests. Then got a skype interview with HR. It was the global head of HR in SG, but I'm pretty sure that she interviews everyone. The next round was another skype interview with HR and a big guy in their RE group.
Interview Questions
the first interview with hr was all fit questions. nothing different. all pretty standard. Then for the final round interview with the real estate guy, it was only an hour long. the interview first started off with a quote that was something like "successful people must be surrounded by other successful people". I was then asked a really unique question as the only technical. It was "if you are a chicken farmer, and you have 10,000 eggs, how do you maximize your returns on the 10,000 eggs? unique question

Interview
Submitted an application online without knowing anyone at the company. A month later was contacted by HR. Had to complete an online assessment - for those of you who don't know, they're like an SAT on steroids. Did a Skype interview with HR where only fit questions were asked, plus one investment question (where would you invest) - but it's HR so shouldn't have to be too in-depth. Then did an online personality assessment. Finally went to the Superday.

The Superday is intense. The morning part consists of a group case and presentations. Then there's a lunch. And then you find out if you're moving on to the afternoon part. If you are, you'll speak with senior investment people from the groups that you indicated interest in; questions are mix of fit and investment-oriented. Then they let you know if you make it to the final part, which is an interview with MDs.
Interview Questions
What was a leadership role that you took on/assumed because no one else did? Why real estate? What was the last book you read? Where would you work - choose a company, location, and role.
