Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online, though I had a referral in a different part of the firm- unclear if that helped, though my interviewer said they saw my resume from online. Scheduled a short first round phone interview- lasted only about 15-20 minutes. The questions were all fit- you can tell they really want to bring people that will mesh will with their team. I actually really enjoyed speaking with her and got positive impressions from everyone I talked to at the firm.
