Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My interview process was very laid back and I was brand new to equity research at the time. The questions were about my willingness to work long hours, my skills with excel/bloomberg/factset/etc., and my ability to multitask. This really depends on the senior analyst that you're interviewing with specifically as some analysts required a full modeling test before being hired.
