Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted my resume, and a few weeks later I received an email to complete a hirevue video interview. After completing that video interview which consisted of 5 or 6 questions, I waited a few months to receive an email inviting me to a Superday in Dallas. They flew me to Dallas a week later where I participated in three separate interviews. Each interview consisted of me and two other interviewers. After the superday, I waited almost a month to hear back that I was given an offer.
