Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Did several coffee chats with analysts, associates and even a couple VPs.
Applied online and got employee referral for one of the relationships that I’ve been developing for over a year.
First was hireview simple behavioral questions then interview with analyst mostly technical study guides
Then got invited to super day where it was 6 30 min rounds with associates to MDs mix of technical and behavioral. Got phone call in afternoon that I got one of the positions
