What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial communication: applied online through college recruiting process.
On campus interview: half hour interview of very standard questions.
New York interview: 50 candidates were present and we were kept in a room together and cycled through 4 interviews. Be prepared to know which group you want to be a part of (GSAM, private wealth or private credit). After your interviews are done,you are all fed lunch and then they decide what group wants to interview you further (if any). Then they tell you if you get to continue (in other words, everyone knows who they want and who they don't).
