I had a connection in the group from a previous firm. The interview was quick and painless. I met with 3 VPs on the team each for 15 minutes, and received a verbal offer that Friday. The background check took 5 weeks even when rushed. It's incredibly thorough and they validate everything on your resume. I had to reach out to a hospital in Dublin where I did an unpaid internship just to show proof that I actually worked there. I did not receive an actual offer letter until I passed. There was also a drug test.
