Presentation
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first spoke on the phone with both HR and then after that call with the person that would have been my direct supervisor. The HR call was challenging. My call with what would have been my supervisor lasted about 20-25 minutes and was not all that rigorous. It was mostly information about my background. However, I then came in and had a much more rigorous interview process. I ended up having interviews with 4 different people. I was never told why I didn't get the position.
