Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Quite an intensive interview process with 6 coffee chats leading up to the actual interview process all coffee chats focused on background and more of a “fit”(likability contest). Interview process started with 2 rounds with associates. 1 focused on technicals and 1 focused on industry. Then 2 rounds with VP, one focused on why banking and the other with several situational. Finally 2 rounds with MDs, 1 case study and 1 fit conversation.
