Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a series of coffee chats and on campus networking events. Then was invited to an insight day in New York where I met people from across the bank. Had a first round interview virtually which consisted of some simple technicals, and then had three, back-to-back virtual superday interviews with two people on the call for each of the three. I was peppered with questions ranging from behaviorals to technicals which required some extrapolation. Definitely a stress test.
