Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruiter called me a week after I met them at the career fair. Then, I had 1 phone screening, 3 rounds at SuperDay anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour each, and then they contacted me the next day to give me an offer.
What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?
Name a situation where you had to exhibit a control with at least two risks.
How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?
I talked about my internship experience where I had to utilize continuous monitoring controls in my project and the risks of stakeholder relationships, lack of the right resources, and professional inexperience set me back. BUT, I made sure to pivot to what I did right and how I mitigated the risks.
