Controllers, Financial Analyst

Applied online, was contacted by HR around October asking about my interests. The initial phone call was not technical not really even behavioral. It really was just trying to get a feel for my interests and see if I would want to interview with controllers. During the call I said that I would be interested and about a week later I was sent all of the information pertaining to a superday out in NYC. Flew out the day before and interviewed the day after. I arrived about 20 minutes early and was greeted by the interview scheduler. I sat in a room with other interviewees for about 20 minutes and interviewed. The superday consisted of 2 interviews both 30 minutes each with 2 people interviewing me back-to-back. The interviewers all worked in the controllers department and were extremely nice and not intimidating in any way. After my interview, I was notified that I would have their decision in about a week or so. In my superday I was not given a tour of the office or anything extra. Basically got in, interviewed and got out. The interview was very behavioral. Basically no technicals since I was a sophomore with limited experience and very few classes taken pertaining to business. I felt really good about the interview but was not given an offer.
