Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a 2 back to back interviews (30 mins each with 1 senior analyst each)- first analyst was tech while second analyst was 60/40 of behavioral, industry and tech respectively.
2 weeks later, got called back for a second round - a 2.5 hr phone conference interview consisting of 4 back to back interviews (3 Associates and 1 VP). Each interview was a mixture of behavioral, industrial and tech. Some interviewers asked mostly techs.
Third round was a group video conference interview for two 2:1 30mins interview (3VP and 1 MD)
