Credit Risk Summer Analyst

Applied online and through campus recruiting. Contacted via email within one week asking me to sign up for an interview slot for the following week. The interview consisted of a 2 on 1 with a recent grad from my school and a VP. They had told me prior to the interview that it would be almost exclusively behaviorally based, however it turned out to be about 60/40 technical/behavioral. The interviewers were both nice and helpful and I never felt as though they were trying to stump me or trip me with any questions.

Unfortunately, following the interview, they were very poor at following up to let me know their decision. It took 4-5 weeks and several emails before I got a call from someone in HR to let me know that they weren't going to pursue my application any further.
