Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Four blocks of 30 minutes, split as follows:
1) Given case study material and 30 minutes to go over it and prepare notes.
2) Interview with A1/A2. Motivational + Stock pitch
3) Interview with MD/ED. CV-Based, technical
4) Case study interview with ASO1/ASO2. His job is mainly to challenge your views on your take on the case study and try to understand your thought process.
