Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initially reached out to an alumni of the school who then helped me connect with one of the advisors working at Goldman. Then I had two phone screens with associates and the questions were all macro investing related (tell me how you would invest $100mn across asset classes). This was followed up by an in office superday where I had 8 separate "mini interviews" that were generally all fit with some small amount of market analysis questioning. I was given the offer the day after the interview.
