FP&A Analyst

The interview process was fairly drawn out, taking 4 months from end to end. Despite that, I went in & met with 7 or 8 different individuals from the group, all of whom were more concerned with fit. I only had one interviewer ask me some technical questions, & they all dealt with my Excel abilities (specific formulas used in models I'd built). The only frustrating part was having to wait two weeks for a decision after my final round, which was between me and one other candidate (who received the offer).
