Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had an initial phone screen and then 4 back-to-back 2-on-1 interviews for a Goldman Sachs Superday. Questions ranged from behavioral to resume-related to technical (basic financial concepts) to a brainteaser. The one questions that stood out to me was, "What do you think Goldman Sachs can do to get more customers? Express your answer in a non-verbal, non-written form (i.e. through drawings or miming/acting it out etc)."
