Goldman Sachs Asset Management Summer Analyst

First round interview was on campus. Half behavioral, half easy brainteasers. I interviewed for their sophomore summer analyst program, so the interview may have been easier. Asked me if I follow the markets and then a follow up question about a trend that I was interested in, but this was the only thing remotely technical. Made it to super day. Had 2 screening interviews the morning of super day, which I did not make it past. I was really surprised because both interviewers asked me the EXACT same questions. "Why Goldman sachs?" "Why Asset management?" All behavioral. Seemed inefficient to me; might as well have a 2 on 1 if you're going to ask the same exact questions.
