1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I attended the info session for the sales and trading group at my university in the Spring. I set up multiple coffee chats with the people in attendance at the event. One of them asked me for my resume. Roughly a week later, a recruiter reached out to me and asked if I could attend a super day roughly a week after finals ended.

The super day lasted 1.5 hours in the evening. The recruiter then reached back out with a tentative decision the next day. I was placed on a waitlist and was subsequently rejected 2 months later.
