Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus recruitment > 1st round > Superday. Met with VP/Associate in 1st round (two interviewees). Mostly partners and MDs in second round (two interviewees in each session - three thirty minute sessions).

Quite intense and simultaneously incredibly professional. A lot of technicals (my resume asked it for) and very heavy fit.

I read a few books on the firm prior to the interview, that helped. I would recommend that you learn as much about the firm as possible, know recent deals, and ensure it is exactly what you want. That goes for any of the larger firms. It is critical that you know what you want and why you want it.

Best of luck!
