Originally made contact through school job board. Was selected to interview 1 on 2 on campus, 8 people total selected to interview. Two days later was informed by HR I did excellent and was made arrangements to go to Superday in Pittsburgh next week. Cocktail mixer night before superday where we mingled with different parts of the bank. Next day started early at 8 where we had a set agenda and interviewed with 8 different people in formats of 1v2. Was given lunch. Mostly asked behavioral questions with technicals about the three financial statements. Overall not to bad, make sure to bring your confident personality as that seemed most important. Everyone was extremely friendly.
