A recruiter reached out to me regarding their diversity forum, which required a single round interview. After the interview, which consisted of behavioral and fit questions, I was invited to attend their diversity forum which occurred several months after the initial interview. After the forum, I was invited for a power day interview, which consisted of a case interview and a two behavioral interviews. A couple of days later, I received my offer. My advice would be to reach out to HR for potential opportunities, as I am not sure of their networking policy and influence it has in the recruitment process.
