What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview included all the standard behavioral questions that you would expect from any interview. ie. "Tell me about yourself", "Tell me of a time you worked in a team","Tell me about a time you failed", etc. Have a stock pitch ready just in case because I was asked for one but my friend who also interviewed was not.
