Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round consisted of a phone call with an analyst. Most of these questions were behavioral / get to know you questions. Walk me through your resume, tell me about a time when, etc. Two weeks later, I received an email invite for a super day. Superday consisted of 3 1-on-1 interviews. Mine were all with MDs and were mostly behavioral questions. Some other people had superdays with analysts - directors. At lower levels, the interviewers asked more technical questions from what I understand.
