I met Protiviti at our campus career fair, and at careers in accounting day, and then followed up with an application on their website and via our campus careers website. Through our campus careers website, I was offered an on (university) campus interview a few weeks later. The interview consisted of 30 minute behavioral and 30 minute case study interview to which I was sent a related diagram the night before. During the interview, I was given the case study by an employee that went into a full story about it. The case study was about fixing a company's business process, related to Process Control Optimization and their purchasing process and then walked through how I solved it. The behavioral interview was done by the Recruiting lead who was kind of condescending.
