Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First step was a two separate 1 on 1 phone interviews with internal wholesalers that were currently working on the desk.
Second step was an all day in person interview that included 2 on 1 interviews, with a manager and current internal. Then you had to complete 3 role playing phone sales calls. Then you had a 1 on 1 interview with the head of the internal desk. Then you had to give a presentation on a fund in front of 6 people.
