I applied to GS several times, and everytime process is the same. You apply online, and then they contact you for itws. Process is always the same, you just do interviews after interviews... No psychometric tests, no verbal tests, just online application and 10+ interviews.
For the internship, I did 10 interviews, separated in three rounds. I was summoned to GS office in Ldn for 1st and 2nr round (where I did 6 interviews in a row).
Overall, interesting process, nice to meet so many people and not waste time on meaningless tests.
