Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Invited to Accelerated Superday around a week or so after being encouraged to apply to Accelerated pipeline. Format was two back-to-back fit/behavioral/situational interviews that lasted 30 minutes each in the morning, with callbacks to individual groups/desks if candidacy continued after that. 2 professionals on 1 candidate. Questions stemmed from resume, digging deeper into experiences, responding to "what would you do" scenarios relating to confidentiality, teamwork, etc. Second interviewer dabbled into markets and related topics.
